Draft Short Term Rental Bylaw: Survey
Staff have prepared the draft Short Term Rental Bylaw for a Public Hearing that will take place in September 2021. This survey is based on the draft bylaw and addresses two resolutions Council made at the June 8th Council meeting:
THAT a policy to cap short-term rentals at 300 units City wide, excluding existing CD Zones, which includes RMR lands, be prepared.
THAT short-term rentals be restricted to secondary suite units.
The following survey is asking the public to provide their feedback on the proposed STR bylaw that will be presented at the public hearing in the fall. Please indicate whether you support, do not support or are unsure of the draft bylaw key items for Short Term Rentals in Revelstoke. There is a space for general comments at the end of the survey. Thank you for your time and input into Short Term Rentals.
