Local Area Service - Arrow Heights

The Local Area Service (LAS) was initiated by a petition from a portion of the Arrow Heights neighbourhood to extend sewer service. This petition included 41 signatures in support.

Since the public open house on March 7, 2023, the feedback has been considered and a recommendation made to refine the LAS Bylaw area as shown on the updated Stage 1 LAS map (the map shows previous petitions signed in red and new petitions signed in yellow). Future sanitary upgrading in this part of the City will be reviewed as separate LAS Bylaw initiatives. There are 65 properties in support of the LAS for this smaller area which includes 105 properties.
