2026 Budget Engagement

Each year, staff produce an annual Budget Overview as the basis for public input/feedback regarding the City’s draft budget and financial plans. This is in accordance with section 166 of the Community Charter which states, “a council must undertake a process of public consultation regarding the proposed financial plan before it is adopted.”

Comments and feedback on the City’s Draft 2026 Budget and 2026-2040 Long-Term Financial Plan were accepted through the following:

3. In Person: Thursday, November 27:
   Community Centre (Macpherson Room), 600 Campbell Avenue, V0E 2S0.
   12 - 1:30 p.m. OR 5 - 6:30 p.m.
   
   
4. Drop-Off (in writing): City Hall, 216 Mackenzie Avenue, Revelstoke (Please address this to "Attn: Director of Finance")

The deadline to submit feedback was Sunday, December 7, 2025
